With a developement pipeline that ranges from land development of subdivisions to office, retail, and industrial projects, we have a long-term perspective and believe in building horizontal mixed-use communities where residents can thrive. We have 12 residential subdivision developments and six 500+ lot mixed-use communities. We value the impact of neighborhood schools and work closely with local school districts to develop a place that enhances the quality of life for residents.

INVESTMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We invest in our projects and have a hands-on approach throughout the project life-cycle to create value through site selection, entitlements, financing, design, permitting, cost reduction, development and construction. Our team works closely with our partners in urban planning, architecture, civil engineering, and all aspects of design to ensure efficiency and cohesiveness.

PROPERTY & ASSET MANAGEMENT

As the managing partner in many of our investment properties, we manage a portfolio of 140,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties with additional multi-family and single-family residential units. We manage our investment properties from start to finish, from asset valuation, full accounting services, and construction development support to comprehensive lease analysis and maintenance recommendations.

CONSTRUCTION

With a construction team that has 35+ years of experience in the industry, we leverage our long term subcontractor relationships to deliver a quality product to our buyers and investors. Our team averages 20,000 square feet of commercial projects and 150 single-family and multi-family residential units built annually.
